Navy Personnel Command Award

KSH Solutions CEO Jim Kier announced September 28, 2012, that the Department of Defense has awarded its subsidiary Mystikal Solutions, LLC a prime contract in support of the Navy Personnel Command Customer Service Center in Millington, TN.

The NPC Customer Service Center is the organizations “one-stop shopping experience” that addresses customer questions and provides open access to systems in order to self-help personnel inquiries. This effort is designed as part of the organizations strategy to optimize the workforce by leveraging people, process, technology and knowledge management which will increase quality customer service while ensuring lowest possible cost per interaction/transaction. The CSC supports the following efforts: Navy Locator Services, Selection Board Processing, and the NPC Crisis Action organization.
